Discussion:
Why is it that YELLOW iPhone and 31 exciting new EMOJIS are not said to be "not needed" and "nobody wants them" by nospam?

I study strange abnormal iKooks like Alan Browne, Jolly Roger & nospam...

Why is it that a silly YELLOW iPhone and 31 exciting new childish EMOJIS
are not said by nospam to be "not needed" & "nobody wants them" anyway?

Why is "YELLOW" & "EMOJIS" so necessary for an iPhone, but, oh, say, an sd
card slot and 3.5mm jack or a modern sized battery decidedly NOT needed by
iPhone owners (according to nospam).

No one is whining, I merely provided a reasonable answer to the
question posed. Sounds to me like you're the one whining about others
questioning Apple's strategy.

Nope.

You were whining.

Why do you think Apple spends millions advertising not anything important
about the iPhone but the yellow color and the fancy new emoji instead?

Do you think Apple doesn't know the kind of people who buy Apple's iPhones?

Ummmmmm...

I think that mid-cycle, they've already got lots of ads talking about
the capabilities of the latest iPhones.

How do you think Apple's advertising strives to differentiate that
mid-cycle iPhone 14 from similarly priced competitor's offerings?

Can you point to any current Apple mid-cycle advertisement that strives to
differentiate that mid-cycle iPhone 14 any other way than color & emoji?

The ads that differentiate it continue to run, dipshit.

You think the "Yellow" ad is the only one Apple is running?

Maybe you don't know what a mid-cycle iPhone 14 ad looks like.
But then why did you say what you did without knowing anything about them?

JR nailed it with the "sealioning" charge and you're proof of that (as
am I and others). You spent some 3 minutes or so composing the above -
in essence a chunk of your life stolen via their denial of life attack.
So best we all ignore them and allow them to steal their own lives while
we get on with our own.
Notice *iKooks are _desperate_ to make what Apple did, just go away*

The few _adults_ on this newsgroup will notice very obviously how much the
iKooks like Alan Browne & Jolly Roger _hate_ everything Apple does.

The iKooks _hate_ that Apple spends millions advertising what amounts to
extremely silly marketing gimmicks - which - iKooks hate - are what the
Apple customers desire (rest assured that Apple marketing is NOT stupid!).

*Notice the iKooks can't change the fact of what Apple actually did.*

In the iKooks' desperation to make what Apple did "go away", the iKooks
blame everyone who is NOT an iKook for talking about what Apple did.

Adult: Did you notice what Apple did?
iKook: Go away. I hate you. And I hate what Apple did. Go away I say!

Since I study the iKooks' behavior, my assessment of the fact the iKooks
_hate_ what Apple did is that the iKooks' belief system is imaginary.

What Apple did shows what idiotic stuff iPhone owners really care about.
What iKooks _hate_ is that Apple embarrassed them by making that obvious.

Always remember, this is what an iKooks is:
<https://img.yumpu.com/6936343/1/500x640/standouts-the-beat-within.jpg>

That kind of person uses the iPhone to pretend to be what they're not.
The iKook uses the iPhone to raise their distorted sense of self esteem.

A normal person does not need to do that.
Only these strange iKooks do.

*iKooks _hate_ what Apple did - so they just want it to go away!*

What Apple did, adults will notice, is tell us EXACTLY what Apple
Marketing thinks makes the Apple consumer spend money on iPhones.

a. Yellow iPhones
b. Emoji

Note the lack of functional components in an iPhone, such as sd slots,
aux jacks, removable batteries, working FM radios, integrated modems, etc.
and certainly note the lack of functional software such as wi-fi &
cellular data firewalls, gps spoofers, automatic call recording,
graphical signal strength debuggers, TOR browser anonymity, etc.

It's not so much they hate what Apple did but that they believed that Apple
cared about adding useful things to the iPhone and instead, Apple wastes
too much of their R&D resources on creating stupid gimmicks and then Apple
wastes even more than they spent on making those stupid gimmicks on
advertising resources in promoting those gimmicks - because they work.

The Apple customer doesn't want functional things.
They want gimmicks.

If the gimmicks didn't work, Apple would add the missing functionality.
But the gimmicks do work.

So why bother adding the hard stuff you listed as missing from the iPhone.

Gimmicks are easier to add and easier to advertise.
Functionality is harder. Much harder to add.
Even harder to advertise because the competitor always already has it.

But the competitor doesn't have a yellow phone. Nor the same emoji.
Gimmicks are easier to differentiate & they sell better than functionality.

Seriously, dude:

How much do you think Apple spent on "yellow"?

Apple adds functionality with every new iPhone and new version of their
operating systems:

'Satellite service lets you make emergency calls anywhere

Better cameras that can record in dimmer light

The always-on screen saves power while showing your notifications

A new force sensor detects if you've been in a car crash

The fastest internal chips yet'

<https://www.businessinsider.com/guides/tech/iphone-14-new-features-2022-09>

Those and the new "dynamic island".

Strangely, no mention of the phone's colour.

I study strange abnormal iKooks like Alan Browne, Jolly Roger & nospam...
Why is it that a silly YELLOW iPhone and 31 exciting new childish
EMOJIS are not said by nospam to be "not needed" & "nobody wants
them" anyway?
Why is "YELLOW" & "EMOJIS" so necessary for an iPhone, but, oh, say,
an sd card slot and 3.5mm jack or a modern sized battery decidedly
NOT needed by iPhone owners (according to nospam).
Because Apple said so !!!
Are you done with your childish whining yet?

Adults can plainly see that this supposed "questioning" is actually just
sealioning <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sealioning> which is an
age-old trolling tactic. You're not fooling anyone.

It's interesting how much iKooks _hate_ a simple question of fact.

FACT:
a. Nospam says myriad _important_ features that the iPhone lacks
are both "not wanted" and "not needed" (this is just a fact).

b. Yet, nospam has _never_ even once claimed that a silly yellow
color or those childishly unimportant emoji are "not needed".

It's a valid question for people who study iKook behavior to ask why.

There must be a reason nospam claims any useful functionality that Apple
can't figure out how to implement (and still make a profit), is, somehow,
completely "not needed" and that somehow "nobody wants it", even as it's
usually perfectly valid functionality found on most non-Apple phones.

In summary, it's a valid adult question to ask of why that is the case.

The media attention and clickbait headlines granted to the smallest changes Apple makes is disgusting. You would have thought they reduced the iPhone price by 50%.
